Yes. The setup fee covers a controlled migration: we move the website, configure SSL, backups and monitoring, verify that nothing broke in transit, and check indexing afterwards. Your domain name stays registered to you throughout.
You do — always. We work in your accounts as a manager, never as the owner. If we ever part ways, you keep the profile, the analytics history, the Search Console data and everything we built. Portability is a design principle of SearchCare, not a concession.
