03Commercial conditions

The small print, in plain sight.

  • Every engagement is priced individually and confirmed in a written quotation before any work begins — you always know the full cost before committing.
  • VAT added where applicable.
  • Travel, third-party subscriptions, printing, advertising spend and unusual integrations are excluded unless specifically listed.
  • Recurring services are billed monthly. SearchCare Local Growth and Authority have a six-month initial term, then run monthly.
  • Photography bookings require a 50% booking payment; outdoor shoots include one weather-related reschedule.
  • Larger projects are delivered against staged payments agreed in the written quotation.
  • Travel within Inverness is included; travel across the wider Highlands and Scotland is quoted separately.
  • Finance services (launching soon) will be contracted separately with the independent provider, under that provider's own terms and engagement letter.
  • Search rankings, traffic levels and business outcomes are never guaranteed — by us or by anyone honest.
